Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. We cannot accept returns outside our return period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marlene Wandres, Dunckerstr. 90A, 10437 Berlin, Germany, sundae.berlin.shop@gmail.com) with an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and a processing fee of 5 euros, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
