Exchange & Return

Does your order not fit or you simply don't like it? Here’s all the important information:

Socks & headbands without the original band are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned.

For returns, you are responsible for the immediate return shipping costs. We recommend sending the items back to us as an insured parcel and keeping the proof of shipment with all tracking information until the return process is complete.
