Exchange & Return

We’re sorry your order didn’t fit your expectations. Here you’ll find all important information regarding returns:

Please register your return in advance via email at contact@sundaeberlin.de.

Socks and headbands are excluded from exchange or return once the banderole has been opened or removed.

We offer a 14-day return period after receiving your order. The date of the postmark on the return shipment is considered binding.

For returns, you are responsible for the direct shipping costs. We recommend sending the items back to us as an insured parcel and keeping the shipping receipt with all tracking information until the return process has been completed.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount for the returned items using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
